Hearty Multigrain Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups Organic 11 Grain Blend Flour
- 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
- 1 ½ cups warm water
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water with honey and let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
- Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth, then cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down, shape into a loaf, and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Let rise 30 minutes, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes.
Multigrain Pancakes
Ingredients
- In a bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
