Oat Flour Energy Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Organic Whole Grain Oats Flour
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup nut butter (almond or peanut)
  • ⅓ cup honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup chopped nuts or dried fruit
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix oats, oat flour, and chopped nuts/dried fruit in a large bowl.
  • Warm nut butter and honey in a saucepan until smooth, then stir in vanilla.
  • Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Press mixture firmly into the pan. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden.
  • Cool completely, then cut into bars and store in an airtight container.

Ingredients
