Whole Wheat Banana Muffins
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Organic Whole Grain Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- ½ cup honey or brown sugar
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup melted butter or coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin.
- Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine bananas, sugar, egg, oil, and vanilla.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour into muffin cups and bake 18–20 minutes.
Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread
Ingredients
- Mix yeast, honey, and warm water. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Stir in flour, salt, and olive oil. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Shape into a loaf and place in a greased bread pan.
- Let rise for another 30 minutes, then bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30–35 minutes.
