Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup organic maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup organic applesauce
  • 1/4 cup organic coconut oil, melted
  • 3/4 cup organic almond milk
  • 1/4 cup organic dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix amaranth flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt, and coconut sugar.
