Preparation Instructions

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups ivory teff flour
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup water (add more as needed)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together teff flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add olive oil and water, mixing until a smooth dough forms.
- Roll out dough thinly between two sheets of parchment paper.
- Cut into squares or desired shapes with a knife or pizza cutter.
