Ingredients
- 1/2 cup organic brown teff grain
- 2 cups water or organic almond milk
- 1/2 tsp organic cinnamon
- 1 tbsp organic maple syrup or honey
- 1 tbsp organic almond butter

Instructions
- Rinse teff grains under cold water.
- In a saucepan, combine teff, water or almond milk, and cinnamon.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 15-20 minutes until creamy.
- Stir in maple syrup and almond butter.
- Serve warm, topped with fresh berries.
Teff Grain Veggie Pilaf

Ingredients

Ingredients

- 2 ripe organic bananas, mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
